Take one photo of your hustle

Anything visual works: a product shot, a screenshot of your Etsy shop, your TikTok thumbnail, a banner, the homepage of your site. Doesn't have to be pretty. Has to exist.

If you don't have one, take a screenshot of whatever your hustle lives on right now. That's your photo.

Copy the link to your hustle

Where does your hustle live online? Your Etsy shop URL, your website, your Gumroad page, your TikTok profile, your Shopify store. Whatever's public.

No public link yet? A Google Drive folder or Notion page works too. Judges just need to see the thing exists.

What happens after you submit

  1. You'll get a confirmation email within 60 seconds with your submission ID.
  2. The Submission Coach Agent may DM you on Discord with one or two clarifying questions if your card needs polish.
  3. Judges score it during the scoring window (Days 11–21 of the contest cycle). 5-point scale: clarity, proof, trajectory, fit-to-theme, originality.
  4. Approved cards land in the public Hustle Card gallery and get featured in the Discord #the-exchange forum.
  5. Winners announced on Champion Day (Day 22 of each month, live in the Strategy Hour Stage). Prizes hit accounts on stream.

Frequently asked

Do I have to be a paid member to submit?

You have to be in the Discord. Free tier can submit a Hustle Card to the gallery. Paid members (Founder $9 lifetime / Lab Member $19/mo) are eligible for the cash prize pool.

What if my hustle is brand new?

Submit anyway. We have a Rookie tier specifically for first-time builders. Day-one numbers are valid numbers.

Can I submit more than one hustle?

Yes — but each one gets its own card and counts as a separate submission. Limit is 3 per contest cycle to keep judging fair.

What if I don't have a photo?

Take a screenshot of whatever your hustle lives on right now — your shop dashboard, your Notion page, your sketch on paper. The photo is for context, not a beauty contest.

How big is the prize pool?

The pool is funded by member subscriptions: 25% of monthly subscription gross MRR. It scales as the community grows. At 100 members ≈ $350/month total. At 1,000 ≈ $4,600/month. Live snapshot in Discord #leaderboards. The contest activates the moment we hit 100 paid members.

What if judges decide I'm in the wrong tier?

They reclassify and your submission stays. No penalty for guessing wrong. Just submit honestly.
